Alis is a qualified Fitness Instructor and is passionate about teaching you how to understand and how to use your body effectively. Yoga and meditation has been an integral part of Alis’ life for over 20 years and she strives to share the benefits she has found, with everyone she works with in accessible and truly enjoyable ways.
