MUNISE IZZET

Munise was first introduced to Pilates in 2013, after recovering from a lower back issue, and immediately became a Pilates devotee. The beneficial effects of Pilates not only had a lasting improvement on her physical health but also increased her overall sense of well-being.

With Pilates firmly ingrained in her life, Munise felt a strong desire to deepen her knowledge of the practice. She undertook a fully comprehensive teacher training programme led by one of the world’s foremost experts on Pilates, Alan Herdman. She qualified in 2022 and is trained in Mat Work, Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and has also covered specific injuries and conditions.

Munise is passionate about sharing the life-enhancing benefits of Pilates with others. She enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities, and is dedicated to teaching techniques that respect and honour each individual body.
