Saira Burcham found yoga around 2012 when she was struggling with osteoarthritis pain in her hips and spine and a chiropractor recommended yoga to help her. Living in Miami in a town full of yoga options, Saira found her teacher and mentor, Krista who she trained with one to one for five years. Yoga was not only improving her physical well-being, but also her emotional and mental well-being. “If Yoga can save my life, I want to share this gift with as many people as I can.” Saira became an RYT 200 Hr Yoga teacher in 2017, and more recently an accredited MY Menopause Yoga teacher, empowering women to learn to embrace their own individual Menopause journey. “With gentle strength and mindful movement and breath work, we can transform our well-being.
