Anna Holden

Anna has over 8 years of teaching studio performance cycling, strength classes,  Pilates and Reformer alongside a 30-year career as a Podiatric Specialist in biomechanics.

Her classes are designed to improve aerobic fitness, core stability, strength and flexibility in a balanced, head to toe approach. Sessions are varied working through full body training - motivating and inclusive, with encouragement towards focused training and striving for personal goals.

Clients often describe Anna’s classes as engaging, challenging, creative and adaptable for all fitness levels and abilities .

Her ethos combines a strong focus on movement quality, alignment, variety and achievement.
