General Terms
Class booking is mandatory.
Classes can be booked up to 21 days in advance.
A 6 hour cancellation policy applies to all Class and Bespoke Tuition bookings;
with less than 6 hours notice, the pass & payment will still be deducted.
Unlimited Monthly Members (inclusive of Fields Monthly Unlimited, Cucumber Unlimited Yoga & Cycle, Annual Unlimited, Annual Unlimited Yoga & Cycle) are to please cancel any class bookings they are unable to attend. A £15 charge will be deducted from the card on account if cancellations are made within the 6 hour window.
Class bookings are for the contract holder only; passes cannot be transferred or shared.
The owners have the discretion to terminate members contracts with immediate effect in the event of unreasonable behaviour.
Class Packs
Yoga & Cycle 3 is valid for 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
Yoga & Cycle 5 is valid for 10 weeks from the date of purchase.
Yoga & Cycle 10 is valid for 15 weeks from the date of purchase.
Reformer 3 is valid for 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
Reformer 5 class pack is valid for 10 weeks from the date of purchase.
Reformer 10 class pack is valid for 15 weeks from the date of purchase.
All Reformer attendees must complete a minimum of x5 Reformer Foundation classes or a Private Tuition session before booking into Reformer Evolution classes.
Class Packs cannot be extended unless a doctors note is provided to state that exercise is not advised for a duration of 3 weeks or more.
Cucumber Unlimited Monthly Membership
Monthly Membership subscription runs on an autopay monthly basis from the contract start date.
The minimum contract term for the Monthly membership is 3 months before it may be cancelled or paused (for minimum of 3 weeks)
A 4 week notice period is required for contract cancellations and must be requested by email.
We kindly ask that members cancel pre-booked classes if they are unable to attend.
If classes are cancelled or a no show occurs within the 6 hour cancellation window, this will be classed as a ‘late cancel' or ‘no show’, and a fee of £15 will automatically be deducted from the Members card on account.
The Cucumber Unlimited Monthly membership accounts for 50 weeks of the 52 week year.
Cucumber Unlimited Monthly members receive 10% off event bookings.
Cucumber Unlimited Monthly members receive 20% off Reformer Class Packs.
Discounts apply to the contract holder only.
Discounts do not apply to Treatment bookings or Pantry purchases.
Annual Memberships are available by request and cannot be paused, extended or refunded.
