Celeste Caroli
With a background in dance, Celeste first discovered Pilates and yoga as a way to support and strengthen her body. What began as complementary practices soon became a lifelong passion, leading her to train in Pilates in 2015 and yoga in 2017. Since then, her learning and practice have continued to evolve.
She has taught across leading wellness and fitness spaces in London and Hertfordshire, including Triyoga London and Odyssey Health Club. Alongside teaching yoga, Pilates and Reformer Pilates, she has supported clients with rehabilitation, postural improvement, and pre- and post-natal training.
Fascinated by the connection between the body, mind and emotions, she believes that movement is medicine. Her approach encourages people to move with greater freedom, reconnect with themselves, and experience movement as a form of meditation - creating space for healing, resilience, and lasting wellbeing.
