HANNAH TAKATS
Hannah is a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor. After 10 years teaching dance, Hannah came to Pilates following various dance related injuries and developed a passion for supporting others to improve strength, fitness and mobility whilst preventing injury and pain.
She undertook trauma-informed exercise training to deepen her knowledge of the benefits of exercise within mental health after experiencing such benefits herself.
Her classes cater to everyone; from basic fundamentals of movement to lots of options for progression. Hannah likes to be creative with her classes, mixing them up week to week, making them enjoyable whilst building fitness, strength and flexibility.
