Michelle believes Pilates is about far more than exercise - it's a way to build strength, move with ease and develop a deeper connection with your body.
After discovering the transformative benefits of Pilates herself, she trained with STOTT Pilates and is fully certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. She has also qualified in Pre and Postnatal Pilates and is currently completing her Level 4 Exercise Therapy qualification.
Michelle combines classical and contemporary Pilates to create welcoming, supportive classes that challenge and empower every participant.
