PIPPA GOSLING

Pippa was properly introduced to yoga at Theatre School in 2008 to support her dance training but she quickly became hooked on the physical and emotional relief it offered to her when she needed it most. Having always had a passion for health, fitness & nutrition, she qualified as a fitness instructor which gave her greater understanding of the biomechanics of the body, a subject that continues to be of deep interest to her.

After 6 years as a yoga student, Pippa went on to complete her teacher training in 2014 and was offered teaching opportunities straight away. She is generally drawn to stronger practice styles to help the mind and body cultivate strength, space and focus. With over 8000 hours teaching experience between classes, private tuition, workshops, retreats and trainings, Pippa offers teachings of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga (to Advanced level), Yin yoga, Rocket-Inspired and Forrest-Inspired; inclusive of pranayama techniques and threading knowledge of biomechanics and various elements of health and mindfulness through her teachings. Now a proud co-founder and director of Cucumber Fields, she hopes to share this life-changing practice with all students she comes to guide. “My journey as a teacher and as a yogi continues to blossom, I love how much I am forever learning from students, teachers, and the experiences of life - opportunity is in everything. I am grateful for it all.”
