Sarah is an experienced, holistic and diverse teacher of Yoga, Breathwork, Pilates, and Cycling; guiding people back to strength, balance, and connection through mindful movement and breath.

Whether she is leading a more gentle yoga practise with her wealth of Sanskrit knowledge, or higher energy Strength Cycle class with her infectiously joyful energy, she is undoubtedly passionate about her work.

Her approach blends energy, alignment, and presence, creating experiences that nourish both body and mind for everyone in the room. Beyond teaching, Sarah is also an artist and interior designer who is deeply inspired by nature’s textures, light and organic beauty.

Whether designing spaces, creating art, or leading a class, her intention is always the same: to create joy, evoke feeling and help people reconnect with themselves and the world around them.
