True balance is not a static point but a dynamic and ongoing process of adjusting to change. When we soften into this natural state of flux, we free ourselves - finding empowerment through acceptance and release from attachment.
During this retreat day, our special guest experts will guide you through a blend of intentionally curated practices - including yoga, myofascial release, meditation, Qi Gong and breathwork - that will support you in cultivating awareness in how to find balance within your body, your spirit and the subtle energetic field that connects them.
We’ll journey into the wisdom of choosing the ‘middle path’ - exploring how to return to our centre physically, energetically and purposefully. A path that supports us to move through life with steadiness, presence and authenticity, helping us to digest life’s experience from an empowered and balanced place.

A local expert Chef will prepare a freshly made, exquisitely delicious three-course lunch for you. A lunch made with love and care - food that is both vibrant and deeply nourishing for the soul.
Herbal teas will also be provided throughout the day.

For anyone interested in cultivating inner balance. Previous yoga experience is helpful, but not essential.
