An Evening of Kirtan

£35

Hosted by: Cucumber Fields & Romana Le Page

Event Overview

Kirtan is yoga for the heart - a soulful, meditative practice rooted in Bhakti Yoga that uses sacred Sanskrit mantras to awaken connection through sound and vibration. Chanting together creates a powerful, uplifting atmosphere that invites presence, openness, and authentic self-expression.

Guided by Romana, each mantra is gently explained, with an emphasis on feeling the vibration rather than performing. The experience can be deeply moving, calming, and cleansing. No singing ability, musical background, or prior experience is needed - just an open mind and heart.

Offered in a non-religious, inclusive spirit, Kirtan is simple, accessible, and welcoming to all. Come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and join in this seated, heart-opening journey of peace, connection, and joy.
