11.30 - Welcome drinks

11.45 - 'Trust your Gut.' Unlock the power of digestive health, a 45-minute presentation to understand: 

  • The science behind the gut-brain connection

  • The impact of lifestyle factors and diet on gut health

  • The effects of yoga and breathwork in improving overall gut health

12.30 - Gut directed Vinyasa flow 

13.30 - Fuel up with a gut friendly vegan lunch and time to enjoy the beautiful grounds

14.30 - Mindful medication, Yin & Yoga Nidra 

15.30 - Tea break 

16.00 - Closing ceremony and session for questions and answers
