Overview

This Morning Dance Meditation is a gentle, guided invitation to wake up your body through music, rhythm, and free movement. Set to an uplifting playlist designed to stir a shift in your mood and energy, the practice unfolds as a journey - gradually opening, grounding and uplifting you from the inside out.

Less intense than ecstatic dance, yet equally freeing, it’s a space to move without performance or expectation. To shake off what’s lingering, reset the nervous system, and let the body lead the way.

Dancing/free movement is a great way to regulate ourselves. It releases tension, boosts mood, improves circulation, and brings us back into rhythm with ourselves. When we move to music, the mind softens and the body speaks - giving us access to a sense of joy and connection.

Come as you are. Move how you feel.
