A focused midlife session exploring how to strengthen nervous system and metabolic resilience as the body recalibrates through hormonal change.
Led by Nutritional Therapist Esther Amira-Opie (Nutrition Wellness Lifestyle), this workshop explores the foundations that support steadier energy, stress resilience and physiological adaptability — including sleep, nourishment, circadian rhythm and movement.
Joining the session is Katie from Hifas da Terra, who will share insight into how medicinal mushrooms may complement these foundations within a whole-system approach.
The morning will conclude with a short integrative movement flow, time for discussion in an intimate small-group setting, and a curated medicinal mushroom goody bag with a special giveaway for attendees.
