Event Overview

Welcome the arrival of Spring with this uplifting afternoon retreat designed to awaken and inspire your spirit.

Pippa will guide you through an awakening yoga flow focused on connecting with the root and sacral chakras. Through mindful movement and breath you’ll gain a greater sense of inner stability and connection, before gently opening into a sense of liberation, inspiration and creative flow.

From the mat, we’ll transition into the tranquility of our Pantry and a mindful art-making workshop with Emily. Using the free-flowing magic of alcohol inks paired with the meditative rhythm of zen doodling, you’ll be invited to slow down, tune into exploring colour intuitively and connect with nature. With Emily’s guidance, you’ll journey through the creative process and emerge with your own expressive piece of artwork.

Leave the day feeling grounded in your body, vibrant in your spirit, inspired in your heart.

More about the mindful art workshop:
Using the beautiful medium of alcohol inks, Emily will guide you through how to create abstract, fluid backgrounds inspired by the natural elements. Once the base is dry, a layer of mindful drawing is added, using fine liners and paint pens to build up patterns inspired by organic forms, such as leaves, shells, feathers, corals or flowing water. Zen doodling is a meditative form of drawing that involves creating repetitive patterns and designs, encouraging relaxation and mindfulness. No experience is required, all materials will be provided.
 

 

Lunch & Refreshments

A delicious lunch will be provided by Culinary Expert Tara, from Tara’s Vegan Treats.  

Herbal teas will also be provided throughout the day.

Previous yoga experience is helpful, but not essential.
