Event Overview

An opportunity to indulge your body and mind, relax and escape. 

We will begin our yoga practice with an energising flow yoga class aimed at strengthening and opening the body, this will be suitable for all levels and lots of options will be given. 

After our morning practice a delicious nutritious lunch will be served followed by a chance to walk around the beautiful grounds and surrounding countryside.

In the afternoon you will be guided through a restoring Yin Yoga session to completely release the body with deep stretches and breathwork. 

Once we are settled on our mats we will move into a deep relaxation of complete bliss - melt into a yoga nidra and a relaxing shoulder and neck massage with essential oils. 

Our day will end around with a choice of hot drink and healthy snack.

 

Itinerary

11:30 - Arrivals, settle on to your mat and refreshments.

11:45-  An energising flow yoga class aimed at strengthening and opening the body (75 mins).

13:00 - A delicious nutritious lunch will be served + time to explore the grounds and countryside.

14:00 - Relax and unwind with a restoring Yin Yoga session; deep stretches, breathwork, yoga nidra, relaxing shoulder and neck massage with essential oils (75 mins).

15:15 - Finish your day with a hot drink and healthy snack and the chance to chat with like-minded guests.
