Course Overview
Starting Saturday 6th June, we are holding a 6-week Baby Loss Reformer Pilates Programme at Cucumber Fields.
Run by a loss mum, for loss mums.
This is not just exercise.
It is an hour each week to reconnect with yourself and your baby/ babies in a loss-sensitive, supportive environment surrounded by nature.
Together we will gently support:
• Expert led exercise after loss (Note, you do not need to be recently post birth - loss upto 3 years welcome)
• Core and pelvic floor rehabilitation
• Nervous system regulation
• Movement, breath and strength at your pace
• Community and connection with others who understand
No pressure.
No expectations.
A space to be however you need to be that day.
Whether you want to move, cry, breathe, talk, stay quiet, or simply have an hour for yourself - you are welcome here.
Please note, mothers must be cleared for exercise post birth. At least 6 weeks post natural birth with no complications and 12 weeks post C-Section. Each birth is individual so your health care professional will give you clearance when is right for you to begin safe exercise again. A health questionnaire will need to be filled in prior.
