Event Overview

The ‘Summer Wellbeing Series’ is a two part series to help you soften and slow down in preparation for the Summer months.

Sound Asleep is the second part to this series. It is an evening to nourish your emotional, mental and cellular system through somatic movement and sound therapy with Maddy Hill from RE•VIBE who created the first Wild Float & Sound in the UK & Ibiza.

One experience focuses on the physical, the other focuses on the mental and the cellular.

Summer can be a time of over-working and over-extending ourselves - this experience will help you to reconnect inwardly and to tend to the most important person first; yourself.

Itinerary

19:00 - Arrivals and an organic golden milk latte from Tea & Tonic

19:15 - Somatic movement practice with Olivia

20:30 - Break with cacao balls, drinks and herbal remedies 

20:45 - Sound therapy with Maddy Hill from RE:VIBE

21:30 - Farewells and luxury gift bags to take home with products to support the nervous system
