Enjoy energising Pilates, breathwork, nourishing food, woodland walks, and deep relaxation - including a calming sound bath to leave you feeling truly restored.
Surrounded by a warm, supportive community of mums, this is your chance to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself - no demands, no distractions, just time for you.

Itinerary
11.30 - Arrival
11.45 - Energising Pilates class with Grace focusing on gentle strength work
12.45 - Lunch (with opportunity for massages – you will also be able to get these in the morning before the day officially starts)
14.00 - Group coaching session
15.00 - Release and Relaxation Pilates
16.15 - Guest expert for sound healing
17.15 - Round up
17.30 - Finish
